@HashQuark,

@Niels Klomp asked the following question:

As BIF we are asking all ANOs these questions.

  1. What type of parties would you see the protocol attract as users?
  2. Do you believe current governance to accommodate that?
  3. What is your take on current standing parties and types? Anything needing to change?
  4. Can you mention anything about decisiveness and decision making as well as direction?
  5. Do you believe you are qualified to vote on every single thing?
  6. Do you believe large institutions and governments could use the protocol with current governance as is?
  7. Do you believe parties can make long term commitments towards the protocol at this time?
  8. Do you believe you are doing everything in your power to address any concerns about the above?

@HashQuark,

@Niels Klomp asked the following question:
1. What type of parties would you see the protocol attract as users?
For the moment we find the Factom protocol commonly used both inside and outside the blockchain world--protocols, enterprises, exchange, etc. We are also one of its users, as what we've mentioned in the newly published post--the Factom-backed family trust platform. So from these points we think its users are quite diverse.

2. Do you believe current governance to accommodate that?
Not quite sure what it means. Is the current protocol governance system able to manage with all the possible users involved in? I think yes.

3. What is your take on current standing parties and types? Anything needing to change?
For now we think having every ANO keep track of all ANOs' contributions and make proper evaluation may not seem quite efficient. That's the point we find needing to change.

4. Can you mention anything about decisiveness and decision making as well as direction?
For a decentralized protocol the decision-making process is not always efficient as we expect. Viewed quite many community discussions but most of them don't always work out a confirmed solution.

5. Do you believe you are qualified to vote on every single thing?
I believe we are qualified to vote if much time and efforts are appropriately spent, but the problem is we don't think one necessarily has to vote on every single thing--for the whole community it is not efficient to make a single decision; for ANOs it may take much time that can be used to do something more.

6. Do you believe large institutions and governments could use the protocol with current governance as is?
Possibly yes.

7. Do you believe parties can make long term commitments towards the protocol at this time?
Yes. For enterprises and organizations already using Factom protocol are most likely to make long-term commitments as far as we know.

8. Do you believe you are doing everything in your power to address any concerns about the above?
We should say we will do everything we can now that we are fully aware of all the concerns above.
