@Crypto Logic,

@Niels Klomp asked the following question:

As BIF we are asking all ANOs these questions.

  1. What type of parties would you see the protocol attract as users?
  2. Do you believe current governance to accommodate that?
  3. What is your take on current standing parties and types? Anything needing to change?
  4. Can you mention anything about decisiveness and decision making as well as direction?
  5. Do you believe you are qualified to vote on every single thing?
  6. Do you believe large institutions and governments could use the protocol with current governance as is?
  7. Do you believe parties can make long term commitments towards the protocol at this time?
  8. Do you believe you are doing everything in your power to address any concerns about the above?

external companies using BAAS solutions from teams already building those tools (factominc, defacto, sphereon etc), and also companies independent discovering that Factom can be integrated in workflow via available integrations

2)
yes, governance is about maintaining enough authority operators, stable protocol, core development, support. current governance accomodate that.

3)
add token holder voting via kambani integrations, utilizing on-chain voting protokol if possible.

4)
don't understand question, sorry

5)
yes, so far we have been comfortable voting on all matters

6)
yes of course. they do not need to be ANO or invested in protocol and governance. their metric should be availability, core development/security patching in due time, throughput etc. they are users not operators, but should have voice in governance they can use or deleagate.

7)
depends on what is meant by "long term commitment".

8)
as infrastructure and trying to participate to best of ability in governance and maintaining protocol online, yes.
